    Is there a cost to make a referral?

    No, referrals are completely free, there's no charge to you or the participant for making one.

    Do I need the participant's consent before referring them?

    Yes, genuine consent should be obtained from the participant, or their guardian or nominee, before a referral is made, this is confirmed as part of the referral form itself.

    How quickly will you respond to a referral?

    We aim to make contact with the participant directly within 2 business days of receiving the referral.

    Can family members refer directly, or does it need to go through a professional?

    Family members and participants themselves are genuinely welcome to refer directly, no professional referral is required.

    Will I be updated on the outcome of my referral?

    Yes, we keep referrers genuinely informed throughout the process, particularly support coordinators and other professionals involved in a participant's care.

    Do you accept referrals for all your service areas?

    Yes, across all the areas we serve. If we're at capacity in a specific area, we'll let you know honestly rather than leaving a referral unanswered.
