How to give feedback or make a complaint

You can share feedback or make a complaint in whatever way is easiest for you, in person, by phone, by email, or by filling in the form on this page. You are welcome to have a family member, advocate, support coordinator or other person of your choice help you make a complaint, or make it on your behalf.

You will never be treated unfairly, or experience any change to the supports you receive, as a result of making a complaint.

What happens after you make a complaint

We handle every complaint in line with our internal Complaints Management Policy and Procedure, and the NDIS (Complaints Management and Resolution) Rules 2018. Generally, this means:

  1. We acknowledge your complaint promptly, usually within 2 business days.
  2. We investigate the matter fairly, and may contact you for more information.
  3. We work with you to resolve the issue and let you know the outcome.
  4. We record the complaint and outcome, and use it to improve our services.

Your privacy is protected throughout this process, in line with our Privacy Policy.
