What NDIS services does Network of Care offer?+
Network of Care provides comprehensive NDIS services including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short and Medium-Term Accommodation (STA/MTA), In-Home Care, Community Participation programs, Personal Care assistance, Transport services, Community Nursing Care, Daily Living Support, and Group Activities. All services are NDIS Quality Standards compliant.
How do I access NDIS services?+
To access NDIS services, you need an approved NDIS plan. Contact us and we'll help you understand your plan, identify suitable services, and begin support. If you don't have an NDIS plan yet, we can guide you through the application process.
What is the difference between SIL and STA?+
Supported Independent Living (SIL) provides ongoing 24/7 support for daily living in your own home. Short-Term Accommodation (STA) is temporary supported accommodation, typically for respite or transitional periods. SIL is long-term, while STA is usually for days or weeks.
Are Network of Care services available in my area?+
Network of Care primarily serves Fairfield, Western Sydney, and surrounding areas. We also provide certain services across broader NSW regions. Contact us to confirm service availability in your specific location.
Do I need an NDIS plan to use your services?+
Yes, you need an approved NDIS plan to access funded NDIS services. However, we're happy to discuss your needs before you have a plan and can provide guidance on the NDIS application process.
Can I choose my support workers?+
Absolutely! We believe in person-centered care, which means you have a say in who provides your support. We'll work with you to match support workers based on your preferences, needs, and compatibility.
What qualifications do your staff have?+
Our team includes Registered Nurses, support workers with Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, allied health professionals, and specialized staff. All team members undergo police checks, first aid training, and ongoing professional development.
